Hotraco Group will be closed for the Christmas holidays from Monday, December 25, 2023 until and including Monday, January 1, 2024. We will be in full action from Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

Important notes during Christmas holidays:

• Our logistics department is closed and no goods will be shipped from Thursday, December 21, 2023 until and including Monday, January 1, 2024.
  Note: Wednesday, December 20 is the last shipping day in 2023.
• Our service department is closed from Monday, December 25, 2023 until and including Monday, January 1, 2024. In the event of breakdowns, they will be offering a limited service in this period.
• Our sales department is closed from Monday, December 25, 2023 until and including Monday, January 1, 2024 and will be back on Tuesday, 2, 2024.
